  • How long does shipping take?

    • Shipping time varies by location, but most customers receive their package within 2–5 business days after it leaves our facility.

    • At this time, we do not ship internationally.

  • What payment methods do you accept?

  • Why doesn’t TriVial BioWorks list medical claims?

    • To maintain integrity, transparency, and compliance, we do not make medical or therapeutic claims. Our peptides are strictly for research use.

  • What is your return or refund policy?

    • For safety reasons, research products cannot be returned or refunded once shipped. If there is an issue with your order, contact us directly and we’ll make it right.

  • What should I do if my order is incorrect or damaged?

    • If your order is incorrect, please contact us at info@trivialbioworks.com so we can promptly get this corrected.  For parcels damaged in shipping, please keep in mind that after we ship your products this is out of our control and we will have to file a claim with UPS.  Please contact us at info@trivialbioworks.com with you order number.  Please allow 5-10 business days for this process to complete.
